Restarting Your Device

If you are experiencing issues with the form working properly, and have already cleared the cache but aren’t seeing any changes, it is best to completely power off your device and restart. Before doing so, sign out of the form by clicking “SIGN OUT” in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and close the application. Once you sign out, power off your device, wait 30 seconds, power back on, and re-open the application.
